EFFECT OF ANTI-FIBROSIS COMPOND PRESCRIPTION ON PRIMARY CULTURE FIBROUS HEPATOCYTE FUNCTIONS

  • Objective:To study the effect of anti-fibrosis compond priscription (ACP) on primary culture fibrous hepatocyte functions such as proliferation, viability, glycogen and alkaline phosphorase. Mehtods:primary cultured fibrous hepatocyes were cultured wity the regular metyod, and incubated with 10 times drug sera of ACP for 48h. The cell proliferation was measured by 3H-TdR incorporation, cell viablilty by 3HProline incorporation and cell glycogen by periodic acibschiff reaction. Results: The ACP could promote the viablilty and syhthetic glycogen of fibrous hepatocytes, inhibit the proliferation and ALP of fibrous hepatocytes, 10% ten-fold drug sera of ACP showed the best effect. Conclusion:The ACP could regulate the abnormal metabolism and function of hepatocytes.
