PRIMARY INVESTIGATION OF TREATMENT OF THROMBOSIS IN LOWER LIMBS AFTER OPERATION FOR HIP FRACTURE

  • To recommend the diagnosis and treatment of thrombosis in Lower Limbs afteroperation for hip fracture. Methods: The observation of welling is the important bosis for diagnois in clinic. Chlour ultraric probe with 5 MHz and 10 MHz were used alteruatively to improve precision rate.Ahylysantinfaractase, simple dextran, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, uroklnase and batroxbin were used inthe trearment. Result: Ultrasonic diagnosis has a higher precision rate in DVT. In this group 15 werecured, 3 improved and 2 ineffective. There was no death. Conclusion: DVT in lower limbs after operation for hip fracture is not a rare disease. Diagnosis depends prirnarily on colour ultrasonic test and clinicalsigns. Batroxbin has a excellent effect in the treatment of DVT. In the high risk patients, antiagglutination of platelet medication should be applied preventatively.
