THE APPLICATION OF SEVOFLURANCE ANESTHESIA TO THORACICOSCOPIC OPERATION

  • Objective:To abserve the hemodynamics and respiratory changes of patients undergoing thoracicoscopic operation.Method:29 patients were divided into two groups:sevoflurance(SG,n=16) and enflurance (EG,n=12)anesthesia groups.Hemodynamic(HR,MAP,S,D,VET,TFI,EVI,CVRI,LVWI)and respiratory(SPO 2.P ET CO 2)parameters were measured during the operation.Result:In EA group,MAP,CI,VET,TFI,and EVI reduced signicantly after operation(p0 05).In SE group,MAP,S,D decreased slightly at the beginning of operation, while other parameters remained relatively stable. The changes in hemodynamic paramenters were more obviously in group AE than those in SE group(p0 05).The awakening time was shorter in group SE than that in AE group(p0 05).Conclusion:Sevoflurance anesthesia can rovide stable changes of hemodynamic parameters annd be safely applied to the ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ patients undergoing thoracicoscopic operation.
