  • To investigate the operative beabo of conital intrinsic dnd obstruction, the clihicaldata w analysed rearepectively. The operative treors included diamond shaped duodenoduodenostomy in 10,side - to - side duodenoduodenostomy in 3, duodenotomy and web excision in 8, side - to - side duodenojejunos-tomy in 12 and end - to - end duodenoduodenostomy in 2. Of 35, tow Paients died and operative sewival was 94.2%. The result suggests that in the operative treatments of congnital intrinsic dthel obstruction, diamondshaped duodenoduodenostomy and duodenotomy and web excision are superior to any other opernions.
