Exploring the connotation of the twelve movements of Tendon Changing Classic from the perspective of "Myofascial Meridians"

  • "Myofascial Meridian" theory was applied in Anatomy Trains to investigate the connotation of the twelve movements of the Tendon Changing Classic. The five tendon diseases in the Tendon Changing Classic and myofascial diseases in modern medicine were compared. Based on the perspective of "Myofascial Meridian" theory, appropriate movements in Tendon Changing Classic were analyzed and selected from three aspects: "lesion location" "lesion nature" and "treatment methods". The laws and theoretical support for the application of using the Tendon Changing Classic to prevent and treat fascial diseases were explored.
