Discharge guidance needs and influencing factors of children with acute fever based on WeChat analysis

  • Objective To analyze the requirements and influencing factors of discharge guidance for children with acute fever based on WeChat analysis.
Methods A total of 236 children with acute fever were selected as subjects. The discharge guidance needs of children with different basic conditions, conditions and treatment conditions based on Wechat platform were investigated and analyzed. The principal components of the influencing factors of discharge guidance demand in children with acute fever were extracted, and the correlations between the principal components and the influencing factors were analyzed. Logistic regression equation was used to analyze the comprehensive influence of each principal component on the discharge guidance needs of children.
Results Among the requirements of discharge guidance for children, the demand for disease information was the first. The disease information needs, dietary guidance needs, health management needs and social support needs were taken as explained variables, and λ>1 was taken as inclusion criteria. Finally, 5 principal components were extracted. The five principal components were body temperature, treatment time, fever time, height, body weight and total monthly income of the family.
Conclusion The current disease condition information demand ranks the first among the discharge guidance needs of children with acute fever, among which the temperature of the child, treatment time, fever time, growth state of the child, the total monthly income of the family are the influencing factors.
