Criteria of diagnosis and effect evaluation on syndrome of stirring wind due to yin deficiency and syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis in Parkinson's disease(trial implementation)

  • Parkinson's disease is one of the common neurodegenerative diseases in clinic, and has increased incidence and disability rates year by year. The advantages of TCM treatment for PD are remarkable. Due to classification (tremor type and rigidity type) and staging (early stage, middle stage and late stage) of PD are different, TCM syndromes are also different. We put forward that syndrome of stirring wind due to yin deficiency and syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis are respectively the core syndrome of tremor type and rigidity type in Parkinson's disease. According to clinical researches, diagnostic criteria of TCM and western medicine and specialist consensus, we have established the criteria of diagnosis and effect evaluation on syndrome of stirring wind due to yin deficiency and syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis in Parkinson's disease, which may contribute to the standardization study of Parkinson's disease and TCM syndrome.
