  • Objective  To analyze the role of with high-risk pregnancy risk warning evaluation management model for high risk pregnant women.
Methods  A total of 90 high-risk pregnant women were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was conducted with conventional management mode, and the observation group was conducted with early warning evaluation management mode for pregnancy risk. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.
Results  The coincidence rate of assessment for high-risk degree and the successful delivery rate in the observation group were 91.11% and 84.44% respectively, which were significantly higher than 73.33% and 64.44% of the control group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 86.67% (39/45), which was significantly higher than 66.67% (30/45) in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  For the intervention of high-risk pregnant women, the application of risk warning evaluation management model for pregnancy can effectively improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
