Application effect of feed forward control nursing combined with clinical pathway in patients with viral hepatitis B

  • Objective To analyze the application effect of feed forward control nursing combined with clinical pathway in patients with hepatitis B.
    Methods A total of 110 patients with viral hepatitis B admitted from September 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given feedforward control nursing combined with clinical pathway therapy, while the control group was given routine treatment and nursing. The treatment compliance, mental state, self-care agency and survival treatment of the patients in two groups before and after the intervention were assessed with the treatment compliance scale of chronic hepatitis B patients, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Self-care Ability Scale (ESCA) and Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire (CLDQ).
    Results After the intervention, the scores of treatment compliance, self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher, and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
    Conclusion Feed forward control nursing combined with clinical pathway can improve the compliance of patients with viral hepatitis B, improve their anxiety and depression, and promote their self-care ability and quality of life.
