Research progress on mental and psychological factors in intervention of functional dyspepsia

  • The incidence rate of functional dyspepsia (FD) in the Chinese population is on the rise. At present, the pathogenesis of FD is not clear, and the frequently used drugs and therapeutic methods in clinic can improve the symptoms of the disease to a certain extent, but the influence of mental and psychological factors on the occurrence and development of the disease is ignored. In recent years, the related intervention therapy for the relationship between psychopsychological factors and FD has attracted attention and achieved remarkable curative effect, but the mechanisms of psychopsychological factors and FD still lack the support of evidence-based medicine. At the same time, there is no systematic and perfect treatment plan for the intervention of mental and psychological factors in the treatment of FD. This study summarized the research progress of the effect of psychopsychological factors on intervention of FD.
