Objective To explore correlation between Precise-DAPT score and coronary artery stenosis.
Methods A total of 539 patients with coronary artery disease who underwent coronary artery intervention were selected as study subjects. Precise-DAPT score was calculated based on preoperative age, creatinine clearance rate, leukocyte count, hemoglobin levels, and history of previous spontaneous bleeding. The Gensini score and the SYNTAX score were calculated based on the angiography, and correlations between Precise-DAPT score and Gensini score, the SYNTAX score were analyzed.
Results Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=1.189, 95%CI, 1.131 to 1.249, P < 0.001), heart rate (OR=1.030, 95%CI, 1.006 to 1.055, P=0.015), SYNTAX score (OR=1.153, 95% CI, 1.089 to 1.220, P < 0.001) were all independent influencing factors of Precise-DAPT score. Pearson correlation analysis showed that Precise-DAPT score was positively correlated with Gensini score (r=0.363, P < 0.001) and SYNTAX score (r=0.501, P < 0.001).
Conclusion Precise-DAPT score is positively correlated with the severity of coronary stenosis. Patients with coronary artery disease at higher risk of bleeding have more serious coronary stenosis, and contradiction in the duration of double anti-treatment is more prominent. Therefore, the individualized treatment should be followed up closely.
