Effect of magnesium sulphate and nifedipine separately combined with low-dosage of aspirin for hypertensive patients during pregnancy

  • Objective To investigate the effects of magnesium sulphate and nifedipine separately combined with low-dosage of aspirin for hypertensive patients during pregnancy. Methods A total of 87 patients with hypertension in pregnancy were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=44)according to blind extraction method. Patients in both groups were treated with low-dosage of aspirin, the control group was additionally treated with magnesium sulphate, and the observation group was additionally treated with nifedipine. The clinical efficacy, thrombin status, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 81.40% in the control group and 97.73% in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment, the prothrombin time(PT), activated partial prothrombin time levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the Fib was lower than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05); the incidence rate of adverse reactions showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine combined with low-dosage of aspirin in patients with hypertension during pregnancy has a significant effect, which can effectively improve thrombin levels of patients and has higher security.
