Perioperative nursing intervention based on feedforward control for patients with general surgery

  • Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention based on feedforward control on postoperative recovery in patients with general surgery. Methods The clinical data of 260 patients with general surgeries was reviewed. According to different nursing methods, patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group(n=130)was given routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group(n=130)was given perioperative nursing based on feedforward control. The postoperative recovery conditions(anal exhaust time, defecation time, recovery time of bowel sounds and hospitalization time), nursing quality score(environmental management, nursing documents, safety management, behavioral norms, nursing operation, health education and psychological care)and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The anal exhaust time, defecation time, bowel sound recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of safety management, behavior standard, nursing operation, health education and psychological nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 13.85%, which was lower than 28.46% of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.15%, which was higher than 88.46% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention based on feedforward control can promote postoperative recovery of general surgery patients, improve nursing quality and patients' satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications.
