  • Objective To explore effect of whole body and psychology nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair. Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation were randomly divided into routine basic nursing intervention group(n=40)and whole body and psychology nursing intervention group(n=40). The satisfaction rates of preoperative visit, preoperative psychological counseling, nursing attitude, nursing operation and aseptic operation were compared between the two groups. The cognitive degree scores in gastric perforation knowledge as well as precautions during gastric perforation repair, the use time of postoperative analgesic drugs as well as antibiotics and hospital stay were recorded, and the scores of Psychological Symptom Scale and the incidence of complications were observed and compared before and after nursing. Results The satisfaction rates in preoperative visit, preoperative psychological counseling, nursing attitude, nursing operation and aseptic operation in the whole body and psychology nursing intervention group were significantly higher than those in the routine basic nursing intervention group(P<0.05). Before nursing, score of Psychological Symptom Scale showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05), but after nursing, it was significantly better in the whole body and psychology nursing intervention group than that in the routine basic nursing intervention group(P<0.05). The scores in knowledge of gastric perforation, precautions during gastric perforation repair, the use time of postoperative analgesic drugs as well as antibiotics and hospital stay in the whole body and psychology nursing intervention group were significantly better than those in the - routine basic nursing intervention group(P<0.05). The incidences of complications in the whole body and psychology nursing intervention group were significantly lower than that in the routine basic nursing intervention group(P<0.05). Conclusion Whole body and psychology nursing intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation can achieve better clinical results, which can relieve psychological symptoms, shorten the time of analgesics and antibiotics use, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the duration of hospitalization, and improve satisfaction.
