Effect of multi-department combined thermal preservation on serum inflammatory factors in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery

  • Objective To observe multi-department combined thermal preservation on serum inflammatory factors in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in Subei People's Hospital were selected as subjects, and were randomly divided into A group(conventional thermal preservation), B group(intraoperative thermal preservation)and C group(multi-department combined thermal preservation). Blood samples of three groups were collected, and the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6), C reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in each group were detected on the first day before operation(T0), and the first day(T1), the third day(T2)and the fifth day(T3)after operation. Results At T1, T2 and T3, the levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in the C group were significantly lower than those in the A and B groups(P<0.05). Compared with T0, IL-6, CRP and TNF-α levels in the three groups were increased at different time points after operation, except for the level of TNF-α at T3 in group C(P<0.05). At T1, T2 and T3, the levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined heat preservation measures of multiple departments can reduce the occurrence of hypothermia and - relieve immune stress damage.
