Effect observation of Huangqi Sanchong Decoction combined with hemiplegia therapeutic apparatus and Puerarin Injection in the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction

  • Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Sanchong Decoction combined with hemiplegia therapeutic apparatus and Puerarin Injection in the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group(treated by Huangqi Sanchong Decoction, hemiplegia therapeutic apparatus and Puerarin Injection)and control group(treated by hemiplegia therapeutic apparatus and Puerarin Injection), with 60 cases in each group. The therapeutic effect, limb function, quality of life and cognitive function after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 81.67% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the score of quality of life in the control group was(78.65±5.14)points, which was significantly lower than(86.69±4.78)points in the treatment group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of cognitive function and limb function in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Sanchong Decoction combined with hemiplegia therapeutic apparatus and Puerarin Injection is effective in the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life.
