Progress of monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer

  • The application of monoclonal antibodies can effectively treat advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer, and can safely and effectively inhibit the growth and proliferation of tumor tissues so as to prevent the continuous deterioration and progression of the disease. Based on this, this study explored the superior role of monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer. The practical application effects of anti-vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF)monoclonal antibody and anti-epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)monoclonal antibody were analyzed combined with relevant research and literature.
