Effect of fast track anesthesia in surgery children with congenital heart disease

  • Objective To explore the effect of fast track anesthesia in children with congenital heart disease surgery. Methods The clinical data of 100 children with congenital heart surgery diagnosed and treated in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and the children were divided into two groups according to the different anesthesia methods: the children with routine anesthesia were selected as control group(n=50), those with fast channel anesthesia were selected as study group(n=50), and the incidence of perioperative complications, operation indexes, anesthesia recovery index indexes, rehabilitation process of the two groups were analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in anesthesia blocking time and cardiopulmonary bypass time between the two groups(P > 0.05); the incidence of complications in the study group was lower, postoperative extubation time and ICU treatment time, time of hospitalization and recovery of eating in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Fast track anesthesia in children with congenital heart disease surgery has positive effect, which can reduce complications, promote early anesthesia recovery after operation, and accelerate the rehabilitation process.
