Application of internet hierarchical diagnosis and treatment platform in optimal management of hypertension in hospitals

  • Objective To explore the application of internet hierarchical diagnosis and treatment platform in the optimal management of hypertension in hospitals. Methods A totalof 400 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 200 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were taken the same antihypertension treatment. The observation group implemented the optimized management model of internet hierarchical diagnosis and treatment for hypertension, and the control group implemented traditional hypertension management and treatment model. After 12 months of intervention, blood pressure control levels, medication compliance, incidence of hypertension complications, treatment satisfaction, and associated health and economic costs were evaluated in both groups. Results After intervention, the blood pressure control level and the incidence of hypertension complications in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05); the treatment compliance and satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Internet hierarchical diagnosis and treatment platform has significant advantages than traditional management mode.
