Effect of perinatal nursing intervention in cesareansection parturients in prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis

  •   Objective  To analyze the effect of perinatal nursing intervention in prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in parturients after cesarean section.
Methods  A total of 110 cesarean section cases in our hospital were divided into control group (n=55, given routine nursing intervention) and experimental group (n=55, given perinatal nursing intervention) according to different nursing intervention. The prognosis of the two groups was compared.
Results  The level of D-dimer, prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  Perinatal nursing intervention for lower limb deep venous thrombosis can improve coagulation state and reduce the formation of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after delivery.
