High-quality nursing intervention for lower limb deep venous thrombosis in patients after orthopedic surgery

  •   Objective  To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on lower limb deep venous thrombosis of patients after orthopedic surgery.
      Methods  Ninety patients admitted to our hospital for orthopedic surgery were selected as research objects, and were divided into study group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while those in the research group received high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of the controlgroup. The coagulation function and the remission of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of the two groups were compared.
      Results  The coagulation function and remission of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  High-quality care can significantly reduce of the occurrence lower limb deep venous thrombosis, improve the coagulation function of patients for orthopaedic patients.
