Efficacy analysis of self-designed Qinggan Lishi Decoction in the treatment of cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy

  Objective  To analyze the clinical effect of Qinggan Lishui Decoction in treatment of cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy.

  Methods  A total of 92 cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was only given chemotherapy, while the experimental group was given Qinggan Lishi Decoction on the basis of conventional chemotherapy. The change of clinical indexes was compared between the two groups.

  Results  Before treatment, the tumor diameter of the control group and the experimental group were (4.72±1.33) cm and (4.69±1.18) cm, respectively, which showed no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the tumor diameter of the control group and the experimental group were (3.01±0.97) cm and (1.64±0.41) cm, respectively, which showed a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin M (IgM), immunoglobulin A (IgA), CD3⁺, CD4⁺ and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).

  Conclusion  Self-designed Qinggan Lishi Decoction is effective and safe in treating cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy, which can significantly shorten the tumor diameter, improve the symptoms of cervical cancer and enhance the body′s immunity.
