Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of neurological function in cerebral hemorrhage patients

  •   Objective  To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative neurological rehabilitation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods  A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The routine group received routine rehabilitation care, and the comprehensive nursing group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Nerve defects, limb function, rehabilitation compliance, cognitive level were compared and long-term life ability was followed up.
Results  The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P < 0.05). The Fugl-Meyer scores of lower and upper limbs, the total scores of rehabilitation compliance as well as cognitive level and life ability at the end of follow-up were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  The application of comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect on postoperative neurological rehabilitation for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
