Effect evaluation of nursing intervention in improvinglimb function of hemiplegic patients after brain tumor operation

  •   Objective  To observe the effect of nursing intervention on improving limb function of hemiplegic patients after brain tumor operation.
Methods  Totally 60 patients with hemiplegia after brain tumor operation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with general nursing, while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing. The effect, motor function, daily living ability and neurological deficit score (NIHSS) were compared between the two groups.
Results  The excellent and good rate of the observation group after nursing was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P < 0.05). After nursing, the motor function score and daily living ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the NIHSS score was lower than the control group, and there were significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  Comprehensive nursing has a good effect on improving limb function of hemiplegic patients after brain tumor operation.
