Effect of fast-track rehabilitation on pain management of patients with shoulder surgery during the stage of postoperative early recovery

  • Objective To explore the effect of fast-track rehabilitation on pain management of patients with shoulder surgery during the stage of postoperative early recovery.Methods A total of 120 patients with shoulder surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (n =65) and control group (n =55),treated with fast-track rehabilitation and traditional nursing,respectively.Feeling of pain,the occurrence of complications,and surgery satisfaction between the two groups was observed.Results Hospital stay of experimental group was shorter than control group,postoperative recovery effect,pain relieve situation,and satisfaction of patients of experimental group were better,and the occurrence rate of complication in experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Fast-track rehabilitation can effectively ease the pain of patients with shoulder surgery,and improve the clinical efficacy,and educe the occurrence rate of complication,so it deserves promotion in clinic.
