The effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention in promoting development of intelligence of neonatal HIE

  • Objective To investigate the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention in promoting intelligence development of neonatal HIE.Method 79 HIE patients were divided in-to control group (n=39)who were given routine drug treatment and nursing and observation group (n =40)who were given early comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the con-trol group,intelligence and motor development in March,June,December and the 18 month. Meanwhile,the height,weight,neonatal of NBNA score were compared after18 months between two groups.Results After 18 months,there were no significant difference in height and weight between two groups;NBNA score of was intelligence and motor development in 6,12 and 18 months in the observation group was significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05).Conclu-sion Early exercise,visual and auditory training,water therapy,massage and other comprehen-sive nursing intervention for HIE children can improve the mental and physical development and improve the prognosis.
