Clinical value of hepatic resection in surgical treatment of patients with hepatic hemangioma

  • Objective To explore the value of hepatic resection in surgical treatment of pa-tients with hepatic hemangioma.Methods Clinical materials of 30 patients treated with hepatic re-section were analyzed retrospectively.Results 30 patients had hepatic resection,including 13 cases of left lobe resection,8 cases of posterior lobe resection,5 cases of the right liver resection,4 cases of left liver resection.8 patients had postoperative complications,including 4 cases of incision infec-tion,2 cases of right pleural effusion and 1 case of both.All complications were cured after treat-ment,and no recurrence cases were observed after a follow up of 6 months.Conclusion Hepatic lobe resection is able to treat various liver hemangioma significantly,and it has the advantages of mature technology,high success rate,less postoperative complications and rare recurrence,so it has an important clinic value.
