Experience and nursing measures of pain in 187 patients with advanced lung cancer

  • Objective To discuss the effect of nursing care of pain in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 187 patients with advanced lung cancer from January,2011 - January, 2013 in the hospital were treated with pain analgesia and nursing intervention of psychological nurs-ing,symptomatic nursing and life nursing and evaluated by VRS.Results:after the treatment of pain and pain nursing,187 cases were detected the verbal rating scale (VRS)before nursing inter-vention.Results After nursing intervention,pain in patients of the above level 2 was significantly lower than nursing intervention before (P < 0.01).Conclusion Strengthening nursing care in pa-tients with advanced lung cancer can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
