Observation of curative effect of continuous nursing mode for patients with alcoholic liver disease

  • Objective To investigate curative effect of continuous nursing mode for pa-tients with alcoholic liver disease.Methods 46 patients with alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into continuation group and control group with 23 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention of alcoholic liver disease while the pa-tients in the continuation group were given continuous nursing model on the basis of the treatment of the control group after their departure from hospital.After 3 and 6 months,the compliance of patients in the two groups and drinking abstinence situation were evaluated.Results 6 months later ,the drinking abstinence rate and treatment compliance in the continuation of group were 95.6% and 95.5% respectively and 52.1% and 56.4% respectively in the control group.Com-parison of drinking abstinence rate and treatment compliance of patients in the two groups revealed that the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing mode can improve patients′drinking abstinence rate and treatment compliance.
