Influence of prenatal knowledge training on postpartum mental state and quality of life in delivery women with cesarean section

  • Objective To explore the influence of prenatal knowledge training on the post-partum mental state and life quality of delivery women with cesarean section.Methods 90 deliv-ery women with cesarean section were divided into control group(with routine intervention)and ob-servation group(with prenatal knowledge training)with 45 patients in each group.Score of EPDS, HAD and WHOQOL-100 of two groups before intervention and after delivery of different time were compared.Results The ratio of less than 9 points of EPDS and score of WHOQOL-100 in the observation group at different time after delivery were all higher than that in the control group. The positive rate of HAD was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The influence of prenatal knowledge training could improve the postpartum mental state and life quality of delivery women with cesarean section and it is favorable to improve the postpartum comprehensive state of delivery women.
