Clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on preventing hypothermia in laparoscopic surgery

  • Objective To study the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on preventing hypothermia in laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients were divided into study group and control group randomly,50 cases for each group.Control group was given routine nurs-ing while study group added with evidence-based nursing. The body temperature and physiological index were monitored during different time points in surgery. Results At the beginning of surgery, there is no statistically significant difference in body temperature between two groups. But from T3 points the body temperature of control group showed a significant difference when compared with study group (P <0.05 or P <0.01).The blood glucose and blood lactic acid in T6 and T7 time points of control group is significantly higher than in study group (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclu-sion The evidence-based nursing can prevent hypothermia in laparoscopic surgery and alleviate the increase of blood glucose and blood lactic acid during surgery, which can improve the physiological function and prognosis.
