Clinical correlation between inflammatory reaction and progress of eclampsism

  • Objective To explore the expression and significance of inflammatory reaction in patients with progress of eclampsism. Methods 100 patients with eclampsism were designed as eclampsism group, which including 40 cases of mild eclampsism and 60 cases of severe eclampsism. 60 healthy pregnant women were designed as control group.Levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αwere detected and compared between two groups. Results Levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αin eclampsism group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05),and levels of in-dexes mentioned above in severe eclampsism group were significantly higher than those in mild eclampsism group as well (P <0.05).Conclusion Excessive inflammatory reaction can be ob-served in patients with eclampsism.Early intervention on abnormal blood fat level may help control the occurrence and development of eclampsism.
