血液生物标志物对缺血性卒中病因分型作用的研究进展

Research progress on roles of blood biomarkers in etiological classification of ischemic stroke

  • 摘要: 目前, 血液生物标志物如C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值等已被证实在缺血性卒中早期病因分型中有预测作用。本文对缺血性卒中不同亚型中相关血液生物标志物的研究进展进行综述,旨在为缺血性卒中不同病因亚型的分类提供诊断依据。

     

    Abstract: At present, blood biomarkers such as C-reactive protein and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, have been proved to have predictive roles in early etiological classification of ischemic stroke. This article reviewed the related blood biomarkers in different subtypes of ischemic stroke in order to provide diagnostic basis for the classification of different subtypes of ischemic stroke.
