增殖性玻璃体视网膜疾病的细胞机制及其动物模型的研究进展

Progression of cellular mechanism of proliferative vitreoretinal and its animal model

  • 摘要: 增殖性玻璃体视网膜疾病(PVR)是孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)及其术后产生的严重并发症。PVR发生机制尚未完全阐明,主要涉及多种视网膜细胞的活化及过度增殖。目前, PVR的治疗方法单一,手术是PVR最主要的治疗手段,但手术并不能预防和阻止眼内细胞过度增殖,因此迫切需要探索不同的治疗方法。本文就不同视网膜细胞在PVR进程中的作用机制及动物模型的进展进行概述,以期为探索各种不同治疗方法提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Proliferative vitreoretinal (PVR) is a serious complication of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) and its postoperative development. The mechanism of PVR has not been fully elucidated, which mainly involves the activation and excessive proliferation of various retinal cells. At present, the treatment method of PVR is single, and surgery is the main treatment for PVR. However, surgery cannot prevent and stop excessive cell proliferation in the eyes, so it is urgent to explore different treatment methods. In this paper, the mechanism of action of different retinal cells in the process of PVR and the progress of its animal models were summarized, in order to provide a basis for exploring different therapeutic methods.
