加味五味消毒饮在肛肠术后的应用效果

Effect of modified Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction in postoperation of anorectal surgery

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨加味五味消毒饮在肛肠术后的应用效果。 方法 将50例肛肠病术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用加味五味消毒饮治疗,对照组术后采用抗生素治疗, 2组均以5 d为1个治疗周期。评价2组患者体温、炎性指标、伤口分泌物培养结果及住院总费用。 结果 治疗1个周期后, 2组体温比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 2组白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)及C反应蛋白(CRP)与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05), 但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分泌物细菌培养结果表明,观察组阴性率为56.00%, 对照组为60.00%, 2组阴性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组平均治疗费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 加味五味消毒饮能有效控制术后感染,减少治疗费用,控制体温升高。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of modified Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction in postoperation of anorectal surgery. Methods Fifty patients with anorectal diseases after undergoing anorectal surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received the antibiotics therapy postoperation, while the observation group was given modified Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction. The treatment course in both groups lasted for 5 days. The temperature, inflammatory indexes, results of wound secretion cultivation and total cost of two groups were assessed. Results After one course of treatment, body temperature in two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05); white blood cell count(WBC), red blood cell count(RBC), neutrophils(NEU), and C reactive protein(CRP)after one course of treatment of two groups showed significant differences compared with treatment before(P<0.05), but no between-group differences were found(P>0.05). The results of bacteria cultivation showed that the negative rate was 56.00% in the observation group and 60.00% in the control group, but no significant difference between the two groups was found(P>0.05). The average cost of treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction can effectively control postoperative infection, reduce the hospitalization cost and control the rise of body temperature.
