智能化电子护理看板在神经外科交接班中的应用效果

Application effect of the intelligent electronic nursing board in shifting of duty in neurosurgery department

  • 摘要: 目的 基于医疗护理信息系统,探讨和研究智能化电子护理看板应用于神经外科护理人员交接班中的效果。 方法 选取2019年2—7月采用传统非电子护理看板进行交接班的护士为对照组, 2019年8月—2020年1月采用智能化电子护理看板进行交接班的护士为观察组。对比安装智能化电子护理看板前后交接班质量及交接班用时。 结果 使用智能化电子护理看板后,交接班质量评分显著提高,交接班用时显著缩短(P<0.05)。 结论 在神经外科交接班中应用智能化电子护理看板,提高了信息交互的及时性和有效性,提升了交接班质量,并缩短了交接班用时。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore and study the effect of intelligent electronic nursing board on duty shifting process of nurses in neurosurgery department based on medical nursing information system. Methods From February to July 2019, the nurses who used traditional non-electronic nursing board were selected as control group, and those who used intelligent electronic nursing board from August 2019 to January 2020 were included in the observation group. The quality and time of shift before and after the installation of intelligent electronic nursing board were compared. Results After using the intelligent electronic nursing board, the shift quality score was significantly improved, and the time of shift was significantly shortened(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of intelligent electronic nursing board in duty shifting in neurosurgery department improves the timeliness and effectiveness of information interaction, enhances the quality of shift and reduces time of shift.
