钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折的效果分析

Efficiency analysis of internal fixation with plateand screw in treating patients with traumatic fracture of long tubular bone of four extremities

      目的  分析钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者的疗效。
      方法  将221例四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者随机分为2组。研究组(n=111)应用钢板螺钉内固定治疗,对照组(n=110)应用交锁髓内钉内固定治疗。比较2组的围术期参数、关节功能恢复情况、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症发生情况。
      结果  研究组的围术期参数均显著优于对照组(P < 0.05); 相比于对照组,研究组的关节功能恢复改善程度更加显著(P < 0.05); 研究组的骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组(P < 0.05); 研究组的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者疗效显著,可提高关节功能改善程度,且并发症少。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To analyze the effect of internal fixation with plate and screw on treating patients with traumatic fracture of long tubular bone of four extremities.
      Methods  Totally 221 patients with traumatic fracture of long tubular bone of four extremities were randomly divided into two groups. Study group (n=111) was treated by internal fixation with plate and screw, while the control group (n=110) was treated by internal fixation with interlocking intramedullary nail. Perioperative parameters, recovery status of joint function, fracture healing time and complications were compared between the two groups.
      Results  The perioperative parameters of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the improvement of joint function in the study group was better (P < 0.05). The fracture healing time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Internal fixation with plate and screw is effective in the treatment of patients with traumatic fracture of long tubular bone of four extremities, which can improve joint function and reduce incidence of complications.
