目的探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者自我管理与自我效能的关系。
方法采用一般资料问卷、冠心病自我管理量表和慢性病自我效能量表，对237例冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者进行问卷调查。
结果冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者自我管理总分为(86.11±9.88)分，自我效能评分为(6.56±0.99)分; 自我管理总分及各维度得分均与自我效能呈正相关(P < 0.05)。
结论冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者自我管理处于中等水平，自我效能有待于进一步提高; 冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者的自我效能与自我管理密切相关，护理人员应加强对冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者自我效能的改善，以提高术后患者的自我管理能力。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between self-management and self-efficacy of patients with coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).
Methods The questionnaires such as general data questionnaire, Coronary Heart Disease Self-management Scale and Chronic Disease Self-efficacy Scale were performed for 237 patients after CABG surgery.
Results Total score of self-management for CABG patients was (86.11±9.88) points, and self-efficacy scale was (6.56 ±0.99) points, and total score of self-management was positively correlated with self-efficacy scores (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Self-management of CABG patients was in the medium level and self-efficacy should be further improved. Self-efficacy of CABG patientsis closely related to the self-management in these patients. Nursing staff should strengthen their self-efficacy in order to improve the postoperative self-management ability.
