预防性护理模式构建对老年脊柱骨折术中压疮的预防效果

Application of preventive care mode in prevention of pressure ulcer in elderly spinal fracture patients

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨预防性护理模式构建在预防老年脊柱骨折术中压疮的应用效果.方法 选取2016年1月至2017年1月在我院进行脊柱骨折术的老年患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.给予对照组常规护理模式,给予观察组预防性护理模式,比较两组患者压疮发生率.结果 观察组患者压疮发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对老年脊柱骨折术中构建预防性护理模式可有效降低患者压疮发生率.
