非小细胞肺癌化疗中不同留置针方法的对比研究

Comparative study of different methods of indwelling needle in chemotherapy of non small cell lung cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨不同留置针应用在非小细胞癌(NSCLC)化疗中的效果.方法 选取非小细胞肺癌患者80例按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,各40例.2组患者均予以化疗辅助治疗且实施留置针,对照组以持续浅静脉留置针处理,研究组以1日静脉留置针处理,观察并比较2组患者临床效果、药物渗漏率及静脉炎发生率.结果 研究组患者缓解率为77.50％,显著高于对照组的45.00％ (P ＜0.05);研究组药物渗漏率与静脉炎发生率均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 非小细胞肺癌化疗中,1日静脉留置针的处理效果明显优于持续浅静脉留置针,可提高疗效并减少药物渗漏与静脉炎等,值得借鉴.
