Effect of systemic psychological intervention on the emotional state of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

  • 摘要: 目的：探究系统化心理干预对造血干细胞移植患者情绪状态的影响。方法选取2010年6月—2011年5月收治的40例行造血干细胞移植患者设为对照组，实施常规护理模式；选取2011年6月—2012年5月收治的36例行造血干细胞移植患者设为研究组，在常规护理基础上开展系统化心理干预。结果2组护理后心境状况量表（POMS）评分及症状自评量表90（SCL-90）评分均较护理前有显著差异（P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01）；组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01）。结论
