个性化护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响

The influence of individualized nursing intervention on cancer-related fatigue in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨个性化护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响。方法将60例鼻咽癌放疗患者随机分为对照组及干预组各30例,对照组接受常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施个性化护理干预,包括对患者实施心理干预、认知干预、情绪、并发症干预及行为干预等,比较2组患者疲乏程度、生活质量等指标。结果干预组疲乏程度显著轻于对照组,生活质量高于对照组。结论个性化护理干预能有效减轻鼻咽癌放疗患者的疲乏程度,提高患者的生活质量。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing intervention on cancer-related fatigue in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy.Methods 60 pa-tients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing while the inter-vention group implemented individualized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The individualized nursing intervention included psychological intervention on patients,cognitive intervention,emotional,complications of intervention and behavior intervention.And fatigue and quality of life index of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Cancer-related fatigue in the intervention group was significantly less than that in the control group and the quality of life is higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention could ef-fectively reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life in patients.
