疱疹性口腔炎优化口腔护理及疗效观察

Effect observation of optimized oral nursing on the treatment of children with herpetic stomatitis

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨疱疹性口腔炎的口腔护理优化方案及疗效观察.方法 将80例疱疹性口腔炎患儿随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组采用传统生理盐水口腔护理后再使用锡类散治疗疱疹性口腔炎,观察组采取利多卡因涂抹止痛后即以过氧化氢溶液清洗局部再施以外用药等口腔护理优化步骤.结果 经优化口腔护理后,观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 优化疱疹性口腔炎的护理方案对降低护理操作难度、缩短病程和促进溃疡愈合等方面具有重要意义.
