右旋美托咪啶和可乐定在硬膜外麻醉妇科手术中的比较

Comparison of dexmedetomidine and clonidine in gynecologic surgery under epidural anesthesia

  • 摘要: 目的 比较右旋美托咪啶和可乐定对硬膜外麻醉妇科手术患者的影响.方法 硬膜外麻醉下行阴道式子宫切除术成年女性患者100例,随机均分成2组:罗哌卡因+右旋美托咪啶组(RD组)和罗哌卡因+可乐定组(RC组).RD组给予0.75％罗哌卡因17mL+右旋美托咪啶(1.5μg/kg),RC组0.75％罗哌卡因17mL+可乐定(2μg/kg).分折镇痛开始时间、感觉及运动阻滞平面及时间、镇静评分和术中术后不良反应.结果 RD组的镇静评分优于RC组；RD组的罗哌卡因用量少于RC组；2组恶心和口干发生率稍高.结论 右旋美托咪啶比可乐定更适宜作为硬膜外麻醉的辅助药物.
