  • 摘要: 1 概述每年全世界有超过600万人死于恶性肿瘤,而且,这个数字还在持续增加.虽然已有多种抗肿瘤药物被成功开发,传统的化疗方法却常常因为无法耐受的毒副作用而受限.如果降低给药剂量以减少毒副作用,又会降低对肿瘤的控制效果.
