STUDY ON EXPECTORANTIVE EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF MUCOSOLVAN

Objective:To investigate the expeltorantive efficacy and safety of Mucosolva.Methods:A prospecctive multicentre clinical stdy was performed in 246 patients with resiratory diseases.Results:It was showed that the control rate was 66.3%,effective rate was 92.7%.The effective rate of cough,volum and properties of sputum,difficulty of cough up phlegm,and rales was 82.9%,89.9%,93.2%,80.0% and 80.0% respectively.The clinical side-effective rate was 2.8%,and only one case had ALT lightly increased.Conclution:Mucosolvan is an effective an safe espectorant.
