Abstract
By using bedside temporary cardiac pacing through left subclavicular vein or rightfemoral vein without the direction of X - ray, 24 patients suffered from severe bradycardia and markedhaemodynamic disorder were treated. The pacing electrode positioned in right ventricular and cardiac pacing could be estimated by use of surface EKG. 22 patients were successfully paced. Timedmation frompuncturing to successful pacing was 2. 68 t 2. 2min. The improvement of the success rate of punctureand the prevention of the c0mplication were discussed.
