RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PTF-V_1 AND LEFT VENTRICULAR FUNCTION IN SENILE CORONARY HEART DISEASE PATIENTS

The comparison of ptf-V1, with Doppler ultrasound echocardiograph was performed in 80 cases with senile coronary heart disease. The resuls showed ptf-V1, LVEF, E, A, E/A were all abnormal and had marked difference (p 0. 05,p 0. 01) compared with control group. The abnormality of LVEF, E, A an f E/A in ptf-V1≤0. 03mm. s patients were much higher than those in -0. 03mm.s patients. This suggessts ptf-V1, can reflect the degrees of left ventricular function lesion in senile coronary heart disease patients.
