Effect of compliance management of immunosuppressive drugs on function of transplanted kidney in recipients

  • Objective To investigate the effect of compliance management of immunosuppressive drugs on renal function of transplanted kidney in recipients.
Methods A total of 110 kidney transplant recipients were randomly divided into observation group (55 cases) and control group (55 cases). According to the follow-up results, 55 cases were included in observation group and 54 cases in control group. The control group was followed up conventionally, and the observation group was followed up regularly for half a year, and medication compliance education and management were carried out. Morisky questionnaire was used to investigate compliance, and blood drug concentration, creatinine, estimated glomerular filtration rate and acute rejection were compared between the two groups.
Results The proportion of patients with good compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of substandard blood concentration in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). At 6 months after surgery, there were statistically significant differences in serum creatinine and estimated glomerular filtration rate between the two groups (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of acute rejection between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion It is important to strengthen medication compliance management of renal transplant recipients to maintain good renal function of kidney transplantation.
