In coronary angiography, the phenomenon of delayed filling and emptying of contrast agent without obvious stenosis of coronary artery is called coronary slow flow(CSF), which is clinically manifested by recurrent chest pain and even leads to other adverse cardiovascular events that seriously affect patients′quality of life, thus it has caused widespread clinical concern. This paper reviewed the risk factors of CSF, aiming to provide a reference for the pathogenesis research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of CSF.
